Under the Hood Cafe and Outreach Center Cafe is based just outside of the largest military installation in the United States, Fort Hood, in Killeen Texas. Under the Hood is a place where soldiers, families and community members can socialize, get information on service members’ Rights, referrals for legal and psychological services and participate in creative workshops.
